Happy Friday!
A nice note form one of our sign clients :)
“Jim, I would just like to commend you on a couple areas related to the job Top to Bottom did for me recently.
First, I asked you to do something which I considered full of land mines and which could easily be executed incorrectly. You needed to remove a real estate sign from one location, attach a couple starburst signs (which you had to pick up from Signs of Progress) onto the main sign, and then install it in another location based on a picture I emailed you.
I could envision a scenario where you didn’t get the starbursts, put them on in the wrong manner, damaged the main sign, or didn’t put the sign in the proper location. NONE OF THIS OCURRED—YOU PULLED OFF THE JOB PERFECTLY!
The next facet of working with you that particularly pleased me was your pricing. You had originally quoted a price that I thought was very reasonable. When I got the invoice, it was 30% less. I asked you about it and you told me the mileage was less than you had estimated so you gave me the lower price.
YOU MUST BE FROM MARS! An honest, competent vendor…I must have died and gone to heaven!”
Thank you.
Regards,

A nice word from one of our clients
Hi Dan
Good morning. It was nice meeting you yesterday and thank you for the report which had in-depth analysis and coverage. We reviewed the findings and found to be a great tool to understand beneath the surface aspects of our possibly to be new home. The detail work on the addendum provides a great “must-do” and also good “to-do” insight.
Thank you and appreciate your assistance!!!
Robert- Thank you for bringing in Dan - good choice to have Top to Bottom firm as part of your services.
Thanks again

Save Home Energy! Find Air Leaks and Drafts in your home. Less-obvious leaks occur where plumbing, ducting, or electrical wiring penetrate the walls on the outside of your house. Using the flame or hanging plastic technique, check around your electrical service panel (also known as your circuit-breaker box), your plumbing, where it passes through walls outdoors, electrical outlets, ductwork, exhaust vents, window unit air conditioners, and other places where the outdoor air might be sneaking into your home. When you find a leak, it’s best to seal it with caulking, insulation, or a gasket. This will cut down on your heating bill.
Merry Christmas, happy Hanukkah, Happy Holidays!
